Availability and Returns


Although we always aim to keep good stock levels, occasionally we may run out of a particular product. If we do, the website will advise you at the time you place your order, and provide you with an estimated delivery timescale, usually around 7-14 working days.
Upon acceptance of your order, we will advise you if there is any change to the estimated delivery date. Sometimes the delivery can be sooner. However, on occasions the delivery may take longer, particularly as some of our items are individually made. Delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed dates as we are obviously dependent upon our manufacturing partners.

If you change your mind, you can return your goods for whatever reason within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the goods. Goods must be returned in their original condition, unused and with all labels attached and with any appropriate original packaging and referencing your order number and name.
